What types of surface materials does Creative Countertops offer?
Creative has granite, quartz, quartzite, laminate, corian, and can do butcherblock styles.
Pricing is dependent on category tiers (A,B, mid-range), For smaller projects, remnants can be a more effective cost solution.
Remnants are sections of stone left from other projects that are still useful, for a fraction of the price.
When is the Slab Yard open?
The slab yard is open during normal business hours. We recommend avoiding rainy days, as moisture on the stone can affect the color and make it appear darker than it actually is.
What is the difference between quartz and granite?
Quartz surfaces are made of abundant natural quartz crystals that are then combined with binders and pigments to create its final, beautiful product. This process enables quartz countertops to be extremely durable, nonabsorbent, and resistant to stains, scratches, and chips. Available in a wide range of designs, colors, and consistent patterns, quartz also presents a uniform look from slab to slab.
Granite countertops are made from natural stone mined from quarries as large blocks later cut into smaller slabs. Each slab features unique patterns in a range of colors and designs.
How does the process start?
After making the final selection, a proposal (quote) and contract is drafted. Once the proposal and contract are approved and signed, a deposit is required for your project to be added to the schedule.
What is Creative Countertops' typical turnaround time?
What is the installation process for countertops?
Creative Countertops will come out to measure and template the installed cabinets. About two weeks after templating, a crew will return to install the finished countertops.
How long does the template process take?
Depending on the size and complexity of the job, templating typically takes one to two hours. For countertop projects, cabinets must be fully installed and secured beforehand, and no changes can be made after templating without an additional charge.
